Jurassic Coast Diving. Orders. 1. Any on-line purchase of products from Jurassic Coast Divings' (JCD) web site will be governed by these terms to the exclusion of any other terms. By browsing the site and placing orders you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 2. All orders are subject to availability. When out of stock JCD will endevour to offer an alternative or inform the customer that goods are out of stock. 3. Jurassic Coast Diving have the right to refuse any order received. 4. The quality, quantity and description of any specifications for the products shall be those set out in the web-site. The customer should be aware that the images on the web site are not always accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and omissions in price, specification, colour or any other information without liability. JCD will endeavour to offer advice but that advice is acted upon by the customer entirely at your own risk. 5. The customer should either hold, or be in training to hold a recognised diving qualification from an accredited training organisation (eg. PADI or BSAC) before ordering equipment from this site. Ordering from the website will be considered as agreement to these terms. 6. Customers are required to be over 18 to order from the website. Ordering from the website is considered as agreement to these terms. Delivery. 1. Items in stock will be despatched within two working days of receipt of order. However, should any item be out of stock it may take up to 30 days to be delivered. Where possible, JCD will inform the customer of any delay in despatch. 2. Where there are multiple products and one is out of stock those in stock will be sent immediately. Those out of stock will be sent in a separate shipment at no further cost to the customer. 3. Any delivery date is an estimate only. JCD is not liable for any delays outsider their control. 4. Product defects or errors must be notified to JCD within 7 days. Otherwise it will be deemed that the order is correct and the customer has accepted the order. 5. Risk of damage to, or loss of the equipment shall pass to you at the point of delivery. 6. All orders must be sent to the cardholders address in an attempt to prevent credit card and internet fraud. Payment. 1. Payment is due on order. No goods will be despatched unless payment is received in full. This would generally be done via credit card or debit card on despatch of order. Money orders will be accepted (drawn on UK funds) but despatch will not occur until all such payments have cleared. 2. All payments are in pounds sterling (GBP). 3. All prices on the Jurassic Coast Divings' website are kept as up to date as possible. However, these are subject to change without prior notice to reflect changes in prices to us. 4. In an effort to combat internet, credit card and debit card fraud, JCD will report any unauthorised use of credit cards/debit cards to the proper authorities. 5. If JCD are not satisfied, we hold the right to ask for a bank transfer for payment of goods. Goods will not be shipped unless this criteria is met. Property. 1 Property of the goods passes to the customer on completion of payments. Warranties and Liabilities. 1. Jurassic Coast Diving cannot take any responsibility for the content of any site that link to the JCD site. 2. JCD takes seriously any defect in its products. If there is a defect, please contact JCD immediately on the numbers at the end of this page. You will then be entitled to a replacement of that product or a full refund (or proportionate part of the price) of that particular product. Returning Unwanted, Wrong Size or Faulty Goods. 1. Please contact JCD immediately regarding damaged or faulty goods. JCD will replace (or refund) that product with no further cost to the customer. Please be aware that some products will have to go to the manufacturer for warranty confirmation. 2. Unwanted goods. Goods that are no longer required by the customer may be returned to JCD, however, there will be a 10% restocking fee. Cost of postage will not be refunded. Only goods that are in their original condition, including packaging will be refunded. 3. Exchange goods. Goods ordered incorrectly (eg wrong size or colour) can be exchanged with no further cost to the customer regarding the product. However, postage will be charged for the replacement product and no refund will be given for postage from the customers end. If there is a difference in price between the original product and the replacement product, then the difference will be chargeable. 4. When returning goods, please ensure that all the original packaging, contact details, credit card details and the original invoice are returned. Goods must be in their original condition for an exchange or refund. General. You are not entitled to transfer or assign any of your rights or obligations under this contract.
